Giftcodes.co.uk enables consumers to redeem a promotional gift voucher that has been provided to them by a third-party company.

Giftcodes.co.uk does not sell gift vouchers, e-vouchers, or any other products or services directly to consumers.

2. Eligibility to Redeem a Giftcodes Voucher

To use the website and redeem a voucher you must have been provided with a 10-digit Giftcodes Voucher redemption number by a third-party business that holds an account with Giftcodes.co.uk.

Your redemption number must match a record of your name and phone number held in our system before the voucher can be redeemed.

Giftcodes vouchers cannot be purchased directly by consumers and must be issued to you by a participating third-party business.

3. Redemption Process

Once your 10-digit redemption code has been successfully validated, you will be able to redeem your Giftcodes voucher for an electronic gift voucher (e-voucher) from one of the available participating retailers.

Available retailers may include, but are not limited to:

• Aldi
• Boots
• Marks & Spencer

Retailer options may change from time to time without notice.

All e-vouchers are issued by the relevant retailer or their voucher provider and will be subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions.

4. Expiry Dates

Giftcodes vouchers are issued as free promotional gifts and are subject to an expiry date.

The expiry date is provided to you by the business that issued your 10-digit Giftcodes Voucher redemption number. The expiry date will also be displayed during the redemption process on the website.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

If you have questions regarding your expiry date, you should contact the business that issued your Giftcodes voucher.

5. Redemption Issues

If you are unable to redeem your 10-digit Giftcodes voucher and you are still within the expiry date, please contact our customer service team through the contact details provided on the website.

6. Third-Party Retailers

Giftcodes.co.uk is not responsible for the products, services, policies, or actions of participating retailers. Once an e-voucher has been issued, any issues relating to its use must be addressed with the relevant retailer.

7. Lost or Unauthorised Use of Codes

Giftcodes.co.uk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared 10-digit Giftcodes Voucher redemption numbers. If a redemption code is used by someone other than the intended recipient and successfully redeemed, the voucher will be treated as redeemed and cannot be reissued.

8. Misuse of the Service

Giftcodes.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or cancel voucher redemption if we reasonably believe that:

• a redemption code has been obtained or used fraudulently
• false information has been provided
• the service is being misused or accessed in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms

Where misuse is suspected, we may also notify the business that issued the Giftcodes voucher.

9. Retailer Availability

From time to time, participating retailers may change, suspend, or stop accepting certain vouchers. Giftcodes.co.uk cannot guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular retailer option and is not responsible if a retailer modifies or withdraws its voucher programme.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
